There is always something to hate about the holidays. Whether it be preparing food, cleaning the house, organizing, sleeping arrangements, exorcisms, wild fires, or the shopping. None of it is fun.

The UFC takes the long journey to Shanghai this Saturday (morning). Michael Bisping, #2 ranked Middleweight, will face Kelvin Gastelum, #9. Bisping, finally has the support and respect of fans that the man has deserved throughout his career. Coming off a disappointing loss to George St. Pierre, the British star looks to avenge the loss of his title against the powerful Kelvin Gastelum. Gastelum was scheduled to fight a different former Middleweight champion in Anderson Silva. Yet, in the wake of a second potential doping violation, flagged by USADA, "The Spider" was pulled from the card. 

The picks are back, another week, another late blog release and more wads of money thrown down the garbage disposal. This weeks got UFC: Sydney, NFL, and NCAAFB.

Disgruntled negotiations over current NFL commissioner, Roger Goodell, and his contract have turned public. ESPN reported the long time NFL commish, whose life achievements include; beating Tom Brady in court, is seeking an annual salary of $50 million as well as, access to a private jet for life. 

I tried my best to find a picture of Li Li, getting swatted to fucks door but for some reason, most likely his impending lack of skill, there was no picture of such.

I am usually not one to poke at a thin protective layer which separates myself from an airborne contamination. Or am I? I don't really remember.

MMA has some great journalists, and a few pundits involved in the sport who prefer to be categorized as something else. Yet, media hosts/journalists who know nothing about the sport always seem to squeak in the circle.
