If you haven't heard by now then I don't know what to tell you, but Carson Wentz got trapped in a New Jersey bathroom last night and it reeks of mediocrity.
Carson Wentz was drafted #2 overall by the Philadelphia Eagles after they traded a large portion of future and current draft picks to acquire the #2 overall pick. I've been saying how huge of a mistake this was for a while now. I think right now, it is safe to say I was right.
When was the last time you heard about Tom Brady, Joe Montana, John Elway getting trapped anywhere let alone a bathroom? Never, because it never happened. Name the last time any of those guys when to New Jersey? Never.
There is always one off-field moment in an athletes life that defines their career. This is Carson Wentz's. The Eagles are going to look back after 5 years and go, 'Oh shit, we drafted a dude who got trapped in a bathroom'. How many other things does Carson Wentz get fooled by? Spam Email? Whose to say his signing bonus is not already on its way to some slug living in a basement, because he responded to an add for dick enlargement cream?
