a blog by Brian We are going to have some bad weeks together, but this past week was not one of them. Thursday Picks is a hot segment, but before last week, the blog category was the only thing hot about it. If you've been paying attention, we went 2-1 last week. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Yes. Thank you. Thank you very much. It wasn't a easy week of picks. Antonio Carlos Junior took the bout with a 1st round rear-naked-choke submission of the Welshman, Jack Marshman. Marshman didn't do much of anything. I don't even think he landed a punch on his feet, but that shit happens when you face a former heavyweight who holds a black belt in BJJ. No, BJJ, does not stand for Blow Job Janice. Alright? Stop making fun of Janice, she did nothing to you, except give me a great blow job. The Steelahs, this one was a nail bitter. I nearly had to submit myself to the demon coursing through my soul, but thankfully the Steelahs pulled out the demon and the win in Detroit. Like I said, it ain't easy picking favorites. This is not related, I just love this song. I guess we should talk about the NBA pick. Los Angeles Clippers +2.5 at Portland Trailblazers -2.5I either need to stop picking NBA games or I need to pay attention to it. I doubt I do the latter. The game was close, as the Clippers edged off the Trail Blazers, 104-103.
Did I watch the game? No. Have I seen the Clippers play this season? I don't know, does the G-League or Summer League count? What about the Trailblazers? Definitely not. How many NBA games have you watched this season? The Celtics, subtract one (missed the first Bucks game), and then add one because I watched a random NBA game after the Celtics beat the Bucks, last week. All in all, I could have easily gone 3-0. But where is the fun in that? Where would we get the adversity? Not diversity, there is a shitload of that in NBA. Which makes watching it, not that bad. Not bad at all. So, will Brian watch more NBA games? Will he pay attention to the league he is betting on? Will he become internet famous? Find out, this week, Thursday, November 2nd, 2017. Be there and don't make jokes about squares. Squares are shapes too. Comments are closed.
