The first pitching performance of Ruben Tejada's career didn't go as planned
Ah, yes. The best part of baseball. When one team is losing (or sometimes winning) by so much that they put in a position player to pitch. It is a lot of fun for everyone because you never know what might happen. In some cases, they get a one two three inning and it is hilarious because Major League hitters are getting out as a result of a guy who doesn't normally pitch. Or they do horribly and that's just funny too. So how did Ruben Tejada do?
Okay, Ruben. I see you. Off to a good start, easy fly to right. Good velocity too. But then it started going downhill.
Yeah, when two no names from the D-backs go yard on you, it's not good. But hey, an entertaining first pitching performance for Tejada.
