Mother caught drinking beer in Arby's drive thru

So an Arby's customer was caught drinking a beer in the drive thru yesterday. If you ask me, it doesn't seem like a big deal. 

LocalSYR.com - Police have arrested a Binghamton mother after they say she was caught drinking a beer while going through an Arby's drive-thru.

New York State Police say the arrest occurred after troopers responded to reports that Rebecca Shoemaker, 30, of Binghamton, was drinking a beer while in the drive-thru at Arby's on Upper Front Street in the Town of Chenango.

Police say Shoemaker was driving while intoxicated while she had her 2-year-old child in the back seat.

I need to start out by saying that the joke I made above, is 100 % not serious. I just lost a close friend in a drunk driving accident, so I do not find it cool or funny that this woman was drinking a beer in the car with a 2 year old in the backseat. If you ask me, this woman deserves to have her child taken away from her. However, I do think it is necessary to be somewhat tipsy while your at an Arby's. There food is absolutely disgusting, and their advertisements don't even look good. Your telling me you could eat this sober?
