Okay so what I'm thinking happened here is that Marchand was possessed obviously, I mean the guy was literally a lightning rod for the puck last night.
I MEAN COME ON! ARE YOU SHITTIN ME MARCHY?? THE PUCK WAS A DOG REFUSING TO LEAVE IT'S OWNERS SIDE RIGHT?!
Not too mention Pasta was on the ice for every goal the Bruins scored and none of the goals that the Jackets scored (insert hands up to god emjoi). Not too mention the Bruins big offseason acquisition David Backes netted 2 goals and tallied and assist as well.
The big red flags in last nights game obviously come in our own zone with the defense and Rask...
I don't really wanna give either too hard of a time since it's a small sample size and the top 2 d pairs each had a guy playing in his first NHL game. Also, they battled back from down, on the road, and didn't stop there. The Bruins brought the pain late scoring all 6 goals in the last 2 periods.
Marchand 2G 3A (+5)
Backes 2G 1A (+5)
Pastrnak 2G 2A (+6)
Next up the Bruins travel north of the border to the 6 to take on Austin Matt- I mean the Maple Leafs....
