So with all this drama surrounding the Lakers and their rookie guard D’Angelo Russell putting his teammate Swaggy P on full blast, you would have thought this team would crumble. The exact opposite happened, as they pull out a 2 point win over the Miami Heat last night. So the Lakers somehow forced the game into OT. And with 10 seconds left in overtime, Julius Randle took the game in his own hands. Looking like the confident PF we knew he could be, he shook Luol Deng in the post, and performed a beautiful spin move into the middle of the paint and lobbed up a floater that went down with 1.7 left on the clock.
I had no idea Randle could spin that gracefully, however I was mesmerized. I think I watched the highlight like 10 times back, just to make sure the Lakers actually won. So the Lakers get their 16th win of the season and improve to 16-59!! They play the Celtics in the next game on April 3rd, and as a die hard Celtics fan, we better embarrass these fools. Hopefully, D’Angelo Russell releases a video of Byron Scott doing coke of Iggy Azalea’s tits so that we can watch this team really unfold.
Anyways, Kobe played 9 minutes in the game, went 1-7 from the field and finished with 2 points. Wow what a game out of the legend in this one. This season has been a disgrace for Kobe, and I am so sick of it. For starters, I absolutely hate the retirement tour. It would be cool if he was still putting up crazy numbers and we were sending him off, however this feels like were saying goodbye to washed up old guy whose just on the make a wish list. Furthermore, the fact that this guy thought he should play another year, after what happened to the Lakers last year, is sad. Now, Kobe will be remembered for playing for the worst team in LAKERS FRANHISE HISTORY.
However the best part of the night, and the part that can’t go untalked about, is the picture of Kobe on the bench.
So Kobe, basically needs new knees and a shoulder if anyone has an extra set lying around? Seriously tho, one of the funniest pictures of Kobe to date. It looks like if he moves even just a little bit, he’s going to crumble into a ball and just die. The cameraman must have caught him at the perfect moment too, because it looks like Kobe’s embarrassed and looking away from the camera thinking about that 1-7 he just shot from the field. If Kobe was smart, he’d just wear a suit for the rest of the season on the sideline, and accept his standing ovation he will get at the rest of the arena’s he visits. If I were him I wouldn’t dare show my face the day after shooting 14% from the field. Stay tuned for the Celtics game tonight, and tomorrow, and lets try and get a couple W’s before we go into Kobe’s house and fuck up his world.
