For all you late nighters, this one is for you.
Officers said they made the discovery on Wednesday during a traffic patrol of the Great Northern Highway near Broome.
Police said several children, including a baby less than a year old, were lying on the laps of adults and in foot wells while cartons of beer were piled onto the seats.
A 27-year-old man has been charged with no authority to drive and failure to restrain a child.
Kimberley District Superintendent Allan Adam said he was not surprised by the incident.
This is illegal? Glad I don't have any kids.
This actually happened in the great state of Australia. I guess this sucks for people living in Australia, that is what I pictured life being like.
22 years old.
Driving a Subaru.
Still chilling with boys.
Crushing racks a night.
Do people in Australia have jobs? What is an Australian job? What do you do? Kangaroo removal? I heard them fuckers get rowdy sometimes. I'm getting the sense that there are a lot of camp counselors. Apparently a lot of Asians too. I know two people who are Australian. One of them is Asian. One of them is a camp counselor. You do the math.
Of course these dudes had to hold their babies on their laps. They had custody that week, and when you like to do as many burnouts and doughnuts as they do, youre gonna need to keep the beers steady if you dont want a load of fizz in yo face. Sometimes when you don't have custody there is enough space for everything and it works perfectly. Sometimes there isn't enough space and you have to improvise. What? You expect them to hold the beers in their hands and laps? Their shitfaced. Of course they can't firmly hold a rack of beer in their hands. DUH.
Sometimes the laws of this country make no sense to me. For a second it makes me think of what life would be like in another country. Then after I imagine myself getting executed in seven different countries, I realize that this country is the best because I don't imagine myself getting my head chopped, we practice more humane types of execution here.
