Classic story, and if you ask me it's bullshit that this inmate might get forced to go back to jail. There's only one guy who should be punished here, and its definitely not the prisoner.

So here's the situation, a man was sentenced to jail for 10 years for aggravated assault with a  weapon. In his sentence their was a strict "no gain time" clause. Thus all the "good behavior" this man did was for nothing. He was released 18 months early, and is currently on trial to see if he will have to go back and serve the 18 months. 

If you ask me this situation is bullshit. Do you know how much of a tease it is to release a convict from prison just to send him back for 18 more months. That can totally fuck with a dude's well being. Not to mention, it only shows him that his "good behavior" was pointless. 

I think the only resolution here, is to make the prison guard serve his sentence for this whole mess-up. Let's lock this guy who let him out early up for 18 months as the only punishment here. Maybe make the convict do some community service instead of 18 months behind bars. But please, don't put him in back in jail thats just fucking cruel.
