A few days ago, the team with the best record in baseball, The Chicago Cubs, clinched their division when the second place team in their division(St. Louis) lost to the Giants. The Cubs haven't just been good this year. They have been incredible. Two of the three seemingly unanimous MVP candidates are Chicago Cubs. The Cy Young award is up for grabs between three Cubs pitchers. This hasn't been done in quite some time, that a team has been this dominant. So what is going to stop them? Well, in 1945, it was a goat. In 2003, it was a nerdy looking guy with a turtleneck and a walkman. What will it be this year? I can't wait to see but I sure hope they win the World Series. I just don't want the Indians, because then I have to transfer schools.
