The Missouri State Highway Patrol is trying to figure out how an instructional video of theirs on how to make methamphetamine was leaked to the public.
Capt. John J. Hotz, division director of Missouri State Highway Patrol public information, said the almost seven minute video was produced in 2002. In it, a sergeant goes through the exact ingredients needed to make meth as well as visually showing the process from start to finish.

Soooo. The truth comes out. I always knew it. I always did, but I dont think I ever wanted to fully invest my belief. But now it is clear, local government is stupid. 

All they do is screw shit up. Annoying town hall meetings, where James wants to talk about the grazing levels of the grass on his property. Why does James always bring up his fucking goats at town hall meetings, I may never know. Or maybe funding a $20+ Million police station for a town with a population of 15,000 people, also that has less than 10 cops. 

To be honest I like the expensive police station. The cops didnt let me have fun in high school so why should they now? What makes more sense, increasing police funding in a town where crime and population is shrinking or making fun of local town run government based on a story about a state level organization.
