a blog by La Kifo Jacksonville Jaguars rookie, Jalen Ramsey, suffers a "small" tear to his meniscus during on-field workouts. A huge blow to Jacksonville, but something like this was bound to happen. Jacksonville is one of those franchises that has always sucked. This upcoming season was actually looking good for the Jaguars; they had a huge list of talented rookies and young players, so someone had to either hold-out or get injured.
Depending on how severe this injury is, recovery time could range from three weeks to three months. If it is the latter, then the Jaguars are fucked. Three months would mean that Ramsey would miss almost the entirety of the preseason. He would probably need a little bit more time to get in playing shape. He probably would miss at least six games, and that might be best case scenario. However, if I'm wrong, he still will have fallen behind the pack. He will need all of the preseason reps he can get. We will have to wait and see what happens next, as he will be getting a second opinion, but it is starting to look like another sorry season for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Comments are closed.
